This week we are adding to our range of suspension and mounting products for the Vauxhall/Opel Astra, Meriva and Zafira models.
We would like to thank Powerflex Distributor and Vauxhall specialist Courtenay Sport for highlighting the demand for these engine mount inserts to fit frequently modified vehicles and for helping us during the development stages of these new parts.
Engine mount inserts fit into and fill voids in original bushes and are recommended as a labour saving method of limiting engine movement to improve vehicle performance and reduce the likelihood of downpipe breakage from excessive movement.
PFF80-1322R Upper Right Engine Mounting Insert Diesel fits into voids in bush OE number: 24427298 and fits 1.7, 1.9 and 2.0L diesel Astra G, H and Zafira A, B.
PFF80-1323 Upper Right Engine Mounting Insert Petrol fits into voids in bush OE number: 9227958 and fits 2.0 turbo engines including VXR GSI and SRI models and 2.2L petrol Astra G, H and Zafira A, B.
PFF80-1324R Front Lower Engine Mount Insert Diesel fits into voids in bush OE number: 24459772 and fits 1.9L diesel Astra H and Zafira B.
PFF80-1330 Lower Radiator Mount replaces OE number: 13118278 and fits Astra G, H, Meriva A and Zafira A, B.
For vehicles used in Motorsport or predominately on track, these new bushes are available in our Black Series range.
