This week we fill a gap in our VW Lupo listing by introducing a bush for the GTi lower engine mount.
PFF85-921 Lower Engine Mount Large Bush is now available for the 1.6 GTi models engine code AVY.
For non GTi models, use PFF85-920
The new bush reduces engine movement caused by the torque reaction of the engine during acceleration and deceleration. Gains can be seen in power transfer to the road along with less stress on the exhaust down pipe, hoses and wiring.
For track day enthusiasts and cars with significant power increases PFF85-921BLK uses stiffer polyurethane to further reduce engine movement. An increase in vibration and noise should be expected when fitting this part.
We have also found that part number PFF85-431 Front Strut Top Mount Bush fits all Lupo’s and has therefore been added to the listing.
