With the earliest vehicles reaching a quarter-century in age, but still much-loved by tuners, enthusiasts and car scenes across the globe, it’s no wonder that we’re still being asked for parts for them.

The OE rubber engine/trans mounts soften and perish with age and usage, and in extreme cases can rupture and crack leading to failure. This can result in the following symptoms,


  • Knocking noises
  • Excessive engine movement
  • Imprecise and notchy gear shifting
  • Vague throttle response
  • Wheel hop from standing starts

  • Prolonged mount life

Available in 3 material variants, you can choose the insert that best suits your driving and vehicle requirements.


  • PFF85-440 / PFF85-441 use our Yellow 70A durometer material, providing an excellent balance of strength and compliance for improved performance, whilst limiting NVH transmission into the cabin. This part is recommended for Petrol models and high-torque tuned Diesel models.


  • PFF85-440R / PFF85-441R use our softest Red 65A material, specifically designed to minimise NVH transmission. Recommended for unmodified Diesel models or for drivers who want a subtle improvement in driving feel, without compromising comfort.


  • PFF85-440BLK / PFF85-441BLK use our stiffest Black Series 95A material, providing a no-compromise performance option for track-focused builds.

These new parts are also the perfect accompaniment to our already very popular PFF85-420 Lower Engine Dog Bone Mount for the ultimate in engine/trans stability.

A small increase in NVH, usually at idle, should be expected when stiffening the connecting mount between the drivetrain and chassis. The harder the material used, the greater the NVH transmitted.
