Towards the end of last year, we introduced PFF25-420 Lower Engine Mount Insert for manual Honda Jazz GK vehicles. “But what about us?”, said the DCT and CVT owners in the USA and Asia.
Well, you spoke and we listened and so this week, we are releasing PFF25-421 Lower Engine Mount Insert to fit all Honda Jazz GK and HR-V RU models with Auto and CVT transmissions.
Made in our 70A durometer material, it is a cost-effective and easy-to-fit insert, designed to sharpen throttle response; whilst reducing wheel hop and improving the durability and longevity of the OE mount.
For those looking at pushing their supermini that little bit harder in a track/motorsport environment, our 95A durometer Black Series variant is also available.
A small increase in NVH, usually at idle, should be expected when stiffening the connecting mount between the engine and chassis. The harder the material used, the greater the NVH transmitted.
