This week we thought we would share some useful videos to help with the removal of old rubber bushes in preparation for fitting new Powerflex products.
While most rubber bushes can be removed with ease, some bushes prove a little more challenging, so here is a handy video that shows the process of a difficult bush being removed and replaced with Powerflex. This can also be found in the Fitting Guides area of our website.
Equally, the ease of fitment of a bush is very much a consideration during the design process, and test fitting is carried out in our UK facility before a new design is approved for production. If necessary, specific fitting instructions or videos are supplied to ensure a smooth installation process. Here are some examples.

All Powerflex bushes ship with our very own PTFE/Silicone Grease where required. For more information on how this is to be applied please click here. This is also available in small blister packs containing tear-top sachets or a workshop sized 500g Tub.
