To kick things off, we are reintroducing our front anti-roll bar bushes for the BMW E60/E61 M5 and E63/E64 M6 and adding a new strengthening support plate for the front aluminium subframe/bush bracket as fitted to E6* models.

The aluminium front subframe fitted to the E6* M5/M6 is prone to failure at the point where the roll bar bracket clamps to the subframe. Once this point starts to weaken and bend, it can lead to the subframe tab fracturing or the bush clamp cracking.
Our new ARB bush kits include Black 95A durometer bushes and a high-grade zinc-coated steel plate to strengthen the subframe, providing the ultimate in roll bar location and body-roll reduction.
FEA testing has shown the addition of PFF5-4203PLT reduces stress in the subframe at its weakest point by 22.5%.
The supporting plate is also available separately to retrofit to E6* 5/6/7-Series models that all share the same potential issue with the aluminium subframe.
