Adding an ‘M’ to the beginning of a car’s badge has a habit of transforming one’s expectations.
While the last few iterations have gotten steadily larger and heavier, thanks to the hard work of BMW’s fabled chassis engineers, the new generation of M2 (G87), M3 (G80 & G81), and M4 (G82 & G83) are among the fastest, most exhilarating cars on the market, and highly likely to find themselves in fast-road and track environments, being pushed to their limits and beyond.
However, this eventually raises questions about the OE suspension components. And as with any rubber bushes, age and hard use will accelerate wear leading to unwanted movement and vague handling.
The anti-roll bushes bars are a prime example of this. Bonded to the factory bar, constant loading and twisting of the rubber cause it to soften and perish, reducing its ability to control the bar and subsequently the body roll allowed.
This week, we are pleased to introduce a range of 95A Durometer Anti-Roll Bushes for the G8* M models to restore performance, precision and cornering stability, enhancing the driving experience of your vehicle.
PFF5-2303-29 Front Anti-Roll Bar Bush
PFR5-2313-26 Rear Anti-Roll Bar Bush
Each set of bushes comes with appropriately sized, precision machined Anti-Roll Bar Lateral Support Clamps, to grip the original BMW anti-roll bars, preventing wandering or lateral offset in the suspension system after removing the bonded bushes.
These new parts are in addition to our previously released range of suspension bushes for these models.
