Today we are announcing two new products for the Volkswagen MK2 Golf family.
Working in conjunction with VAG Specialist and Powerflex DistributorC&R Enterprises we have two new engine mounting products for the rear lower engine mount to fit:
- VW Golf MK2
- VW Jetta MK2
- VW Passat B3
- Seat Toledo MK1
PFF85-245 Rear Lower Engine Mount Insert fits into and fills voids in the original rubber bush. The inserts reduce engine movement, helping to generate a more direct power delivery to the road. Powerflex engine mount inserts are designed as a labour saving method of quickly improving a vehicles performance.
Mechanical testing indicates that this insert reduces displacement by 68% compared with the original bush.
PFF85-245R features our softer durometer Red material that is more suited to diesel engine variants where slightly less NVH is required.
PFF85-244 Rear Lower Engine Mount Bush replaces the entire original bush. This new polyurethane bush kit is designed to allow a controlled amount of engine movement through voids in the material, but also offers tuneability.
The kit ships with polyurethane inserts that are designed to further reduce engine movement, perfect for track days or vehicles running increased power.
PFF85-244R again makes use of our red material for diesel engines.
Our bushes offer improved reliability over the original parts and of course carry our Lifetime Warranty.
For vehicles used in Motorsport or predominately on track, these new bushes are available in our Black Series range.
