New Products

This week we are pleased to announce a new vehicle application listing for the Renault Megane II that includes new suspension and engine mounting products. Many of these parts are cross referenced to other Renault models including the Clio III and the newly listed Scenic II.

For the suspension we have made adjustable options for the front arm.

On-car adjustable camber bushPFF60-501G fits the front arm front bush. The bush comes with new Zinc plated outer shells, offering additional support, and our uniquely blended high performance black polyurethane with grease retaining bore. The stainless steel on-car adjustable sleeves aids making the geometry adjustments allowing 1.5° of adjustment using the supplied spanner.

PFF60-502G front arm rear bush offers caster adjustment to help with turn in and anti lift properties giving additional traction. The new anodised aluminium outer shell supports the polyurethane bush, the adjustment coming from stainless steel offset sleeve giving 0.75° extra caster.

The available suspension bushes are:

PFF60-501 Front Arm Front Bush
PFF60-501G Front Arm Front Bush, On-Car Camber Adjustable
PFF60-502 Front Arm Rear Bush
PFF60-502G Front Arm Rear Bush. Caster and Anti-lift
PFF60-503-20 Front Anti Roll Bar Bush 20mm
PFF60-510 Rear Beam Mounting Bush

Renault have a range of different engine mounts available for the Megane II, we have produced the engine and gearbox mounts for the 2.0 petrol and diesel models which do cover some other engine models.

Where possible we are offering inserts to fit into the original bush voiding along with complete replacement bushes.

The inserts offer a cost effective reduction in engine movement protecting exhaust down pipe, hoses and wiring which can suffer especially when the engine has been tuned.

When the original mounts have aged, cracked or broken we offer complete replacement bushes offering more control to the mounts. The replacement bushes are designed to allow a controlled amount of engine movement through voids in the material. These are also tuneable by fitting or removing the supplied insert enabling the owner to trim the engine movement, perhaps stiffening the mounts for the upcoming track day.

The range of mounts consists of:

PFF60-524R Rear Lower Engine Mounting Bush
PFF60-527R Rear Lower Engine Mount Insert
PFF60-526 Rear Lower Engine Mounting Bush
PFF60-522R Upper Right Engine Mounting Bush
PFF60-523R Upper Right Engine Mounting Bush Insert
PFF60-525 Gearbox Mounting Bush Insert

For vehicles used in Motorsport or predominately on track, these new bushes are available in our Black Series range, manufactured using our 95 Shore A compound that boasts 25% increased stiffness over our purple 80 Shore A performance material.

Our bushes offer improved reliability over the original parts and of course carry our Lifetime Warranty.
