Transmission Mount Insert

PFF3-725BLK

PFF3-725BLK is a two-part insert designed to limit transmission movement under load. The lower A-Bush acts to fill the voiding of the original rubber mount, while the upper B-Bush acts as a buffer to eliminate movement between the upper and lower portions of the mount. An increase in NVH should be expected when stiffening the connecting mount between the transmission and chassis. The harder the material, the greater the NVH transmitted. If the increased NVH is considered too much, the upper B-Bush can be removed to relieve this. For the Audi A7, this part only fits front-wheel drive models.
